Order Changes/ Cancellations
Due to the speed of our ordering and shipping systems, we are unable to accept changes to orders after they have been placed and processed. If you have any concerns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org Monday to Friday 10 am - 5 pm AEST and our team will assist as best as possible.
If your order has shipped, however, you had wished to cancel, you can return it by contacting us and request a returns form. You will be responsible for all shipping costs & duties/taxes.
Ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item, and your order has been shipped already, then you are welcome to return it once you receive it in exchange for the correct item. Please ensure it is sealed, untouched and kept in its original packaging.You will be responsible for shipping to us and for shipping any items back to you.
