Order Changes/ Cancellations
Unfortunately at this stage, it is not possible to make changes to your order once processed. If you have any concerns, please contact service@mirenesse.com and our team will assist as best as possible.
If your order has shipped, however, you had wished to cancel, you can return it by contacting us and request a returns form. You will be responsible for all shipping costs & duties/taxes.
Due to the speed of our ordering and shipping systems, we are unable to accept changes to orders after they have been placed.
Ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item, and your order has been shipped already, then you are welcome to return it once you receive it. Please ensure it is sealed, untouched and kept in its original packaging. Please contact us at service@mirenesse.com and we can organise this return for you. Please note, we cannot cover the shipping costs, and you will need to send it back at your own cost.
Put the wrong shipping address on your order?
If you have realised you have put the incorrect address on your order and were not able to contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, then your order will be shipped to the address you put on your order which we are unable to retrieve. Please email us at service@mirenesse.com immediately and we will try our best to apply the correct address. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to get the parcel back. Hopefully, the address you have written does not exist, and most of the time it will be sent back to us. In this case, once we receive it back we will ship it out to you again with the correct address you have emailed us.
