My product won't dispense?

We use the piston pump technology with our pump bottles, sometimes there may just be an air pocket in the bottle (this can develop during delivery).

Please try tipping the bottle upside down, tap on it vigorously for a minute, then tip the bottle up right, press the pump for a minute, eventually, the product should dispense.

Please persist, it can sometimes take a little while!
