You’ll earn love points for all sorts of activities, show us you care and we will spoil you! Shop or Share our pages on social media, refer your besties 

You can use your love points to earn discounts off purchases, get rewards and exclusive surprises, 

So the more you collect the more you save, and the higher you get elevated we reveal more secret treasures to you.

WHO CAN JOIN? 
An Onyx Love rewards account is automatically created for you when you join us, it's free, you don't even have to shop and you can start to earn points.

HOW DO I EARN LOVE POINTS? 
You can earn love points for all sorts of activities, Shop or Share our pages on social media, refer your besties. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Earn Love Points* tab in the menu.

HOW DO I VIEW MY LOVE POINTS BALANCE? 
Your love point balance is in your account, log in and simply look in love heart icon and see your love points. https://www.mirenesse.com/account/login

HOW DO I REDEEM MY LOVE POINTS? 
Select the tab called *Redeem Love Points*. Here you’ll see all the love rewards. If you have enough love points, you can redeem them for a love reward. You can also redeem them at the checkout. See video: https://youtu.be/xXJuL_Fdmgk

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF LOVE POINTS I CAN EARN?
You can earn as many love points as you like daily!

WHAT DOES "APPROVED", "CANCELLED" & "PENDING" MEAN?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on love rewards immediately

Pending: These points are needed to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and may take 30 days before the points become available for you to use. 

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled) or an order is refunded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A FRIEND I REFERRED CANCELS OR RETURNS THEIR ORDER? 
Unfortunately, your pending love points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.

WHY DID MY LOVE POINTS BALANCE GO DOWN?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

I COMPLETED AN ACTIVITY BUT DID NOT EARN POINTS

 It can take up to 30 days for points to be approved and be applied to your balance.

CAN I USE LOVE POINTS AT CHECKOUT? 
Yes! Simply use the bar to select how many points you want to use, please note your points are converted to a coupon and you cannot add any other coupons to your order.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN LOVE REWARDS?
You can join as an Onyx member for FREE!

But if you’d rather jump the queue and want to be treated instantly like a queen, then you’ll want to be GOLD.

Become a GOLD member for $18AUD per month! All your orders will earn double points, receive free Standard Shipping within Australia and the USA and so many other benefits!

WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE? 
You lucky thing! You have 12 months to use up your points.
