Autoship Orders & Terms and Conditions

Change of Address: When updating your address with your account, it is important to take note that any updated addresses on your regular profile, will not update to any autoship orders. Please ensure you are updating your address for your autoship. You may do this by following these simple steps!

1. First, locate your Autoship order by logging onto: https://www.mirenesse.com/account/login
2. Click on the section where it says “Autoship Orders” and click to open the link
3. From there, you can edit your address and save the changes

Please note, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure all their account and shipping details are updated. Mirenesse will take no responsibility for orders that are shipped to the wrong address.

Autoship Orders: You may Pause, Edit or cancel your Autoship at any time! You may do this by accessing your Mirenesse Account and managing your Autoship. Please note, if you wish to cancel your Autoship subscription, you must have a minimum of 2 completed orders Before you cancel your subscription. If your second order has not been completed, and you wish to cancel your subscription and be refunded for your purchase, Mirenesse can refuse the right to issue refunds if the order is not in compliance with our terms and conditions.

All general Autoship order terms and conditions are available on the product page after selecting your autoship frequency. Our terms are explained in the 'see details' section underneath the order frequency before you proceed to check out your autoship order.

Discount codes:  Sorry Beauties, but no discount codes, vouchers or love points can be redeemed with your Autoship orders! We offer a generous percentage off your items with Autoship, and we continue to add this discount to your order every time the next one is due! This means you will always be paying the same amount each time the order rolls over. 

 International Customers: To our beauties overseas, please note that your Autoship subscription will be charged in Australian Dollars, but please be assured, once the order has been completed, the value of the order will be converted to your currency at the checkout and will reflect on your bank statements.
