For reasons of health and safety, we are only able to accept the return of UNUSED items in their original packaging.

Changed your mind? That’s not a problem! We are happy to offer store credit or exchange on an item you have purchased from us – simply contact us within 60 days of your order date.
Please note: For reasons of health and safety, we are only able to accept the return of items that are unused and that are in their original product packaging. You must also return any free gifts that you received with the order you are returning, otherwise, your return may not be accepted.
For a change of mind returns, we also recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that all postage is pre-paid. We advise that your parcel is tracked to avoid the risk of loss, theft, or damaged parcels. Returned postage costs are not covered by Mirenesse. We do not cover the cost of shipping for change of mind, exchanges, or incorrect items ordered. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your return. We will only issue a store credit or exchange if eligible once the return is received in our warehouse. We are not liable for any returns lost in transit.
Returns OR refunds will strictly not be honored in exchange for another promotion.
Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged in Transit?
Did you receive an Incorrect Item, Item Damaged on Arrival, or Faulty Item?
We're here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and please send us an image of the fault so we can resolve this for you immediately.
Please note, any claims are to be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims after the 7-day policy will strictly not be accepted.

- Please contact us at email@example.com and let us know the reason for your return! To ensure a speedy process, please include a photo if required and your order number.
- Please allow us 1-2 business days to reply to your inquiry to let you know your next steps.
- Once you have received your next steps, please fill in all the required details so we can resolve your return inquiry as quickly as possible! So Simple!

All returns must be sent back to our Warehouse in Australia.
Important to Note
Change of mind items must be returned unused in their original product packaging.
- If any free gifts were sent with your order, you will also need to return those with your item as well.
The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable for change of mind returns.
For a change of mind returns, we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure and track your parcel. Mirenesse will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure and track.
- We only accept returns for items purchased through www.mirenesse.com. If you purchased a Mirenesse item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
- Returns and refunds will strictly not be honored in exchange for another promotion.
- If you have already used up the Love Points you earned for your order, you won't be eligible for a refund and will only be eligible for a store credit.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for returns within Australia or international returns outside of Australia.
- If your return is not authorized by Mirenesse and you do not have a return number. The items will be returned back to the sender or destroyed due to health and safety reasons.
- Returns, refunds or store credits are not available for VIP Autoship Kits, Free Gifts, or any products intended to be a 'surprise'
- Returns are not available for any products marked as 'SALE'
- All returns must be sent back to Australia.
- If your return is found to not have met any of these conditions, it will be sent back to you.
International orders: if you do not collect your order from a post office or courier due to duties that have to be paid in your country and it is returned back to us, you are liable for any returns costs and these will be deducted from any refund amounts
