You can return products to us within 60 days of your purchase for a refund or store credit.
For reasons of health and safety, we are only able to accept the return of unused or gently used items (less than 10% used).

Changed your mind? We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you've purchased from us - simply contact us within 60 days of your order date.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged in Transit?

We're here to help! Please contact us within 60 days of your order date so we can resolve this for you immediately.
Here's How It Works:
1) Contact us at email@example.com, make sure to let us know the reason for your return, include a photo if possible and your order number.
2) We'll reply to you within 2 business days to let you know your next steps, so easy!
Important to Note
Change of mind items must be returned unused or gently used (less than 10% used) in their original product packaging.
- If any free gifts were sent with your order, you will also need to return those with your item as well.
The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable for change of mind returns.
For change of mind returns we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure and track your parcel. Mirenesse will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure and track.
- We only accept returns for items purchased through www.mirenesse.com. If you purchased a Mirenesse item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
- If you have already used up your Love Points you earned for your order, you won't be eligible for a refund and will only be eligible for a store credit.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for international returns outside of Australia.
- Returns, refunds or store credits are not available for VIP Autoship Kits, Free Gifts, or any products intended to be a 'surprise'
- Returns are not available for any products marked as 'final sale'
- If your return is found to not have met any of these conditions, it will be sent back to you.
