Order Changes/ Cancellations
Unfortunately at this stage it is not possible to make changes to your order. We can only cancel orders approximately one hour after they have been placed, our system does not allow it.
If we do manage to cancel your order you will receive a cancellation notice.
if your order has shipped and cant be cancelled you can return it by contacting us and return the unused items to us, you will be responsible for all duties/taxes and shipping.
We will do our best to accommodate your change, however due to the speed of our ordering and shipping systems, we are unable to accept changes to orders after they have been placed.
Ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item, and your order has been shipped already, then you are welcome to return it once you receive it. Please ensure it is sealed, untouched and kept in it’s original packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com and we can organise this return for you. Please note we cannot cover the shipping costs, and you will need to send it back at your own cost.
Put the wrong shipping address on your order?
If you have realised you have put the wrong address on your order, and were not able to call us within 1 hour of placing your order, then your order will be shipped to the address you put on your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if there is anything we can do to contact the shipping company. Hopefully the address you have written does not exist, and most of the time it will be sent back to us. In this case, once we receive it back we will ship it out to you again with the correct address you have emailed us.
